White House: $40 Oil Undermines Economy

Crude oil prices soared to nearly $40 a barrel this week. Drivers are paying $2 a gallon for gasoline in some parts of the country. The jump in energy prices could undermine the economic recovery, and the White House today said it is very concerned. NPR's Scott Horsley reports.
