Pakistani officials arrest Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the man U.S. officials say masterminded the Sept. 11 attacks as a top al Qaeda lieutenant. The arrest of one of the FBI's most wanted criminal suspects came after a raid near Islamabad. NPR's Steve Inskeep talks with NPR's Mike Shuster.
