The United States responds to a recent provocation by North Korea by sending two dozen long-range bombers to an American air base on the western Pacific island of Guam. U.S. officials say North Korea's March 1 interception of a U.S. reconnaissance plane was a dangerous and hostile act. NPR's Tom Gjelten reports.
