Host Bob Edwards talks to Rwanda President Paul Kagame about his government's efforts to bring justice to the perpetrators of the country's 1994 genocide. Ethnic Hutus killed hundreds of thousands of ethnic Tutsis during the violence. President Kagame also discusses efforts to reconcile the two tribal groups.
