Host Bob Edwards speaks with NPR's Vicky O'Hara from the United Nations, where negotiations continue on a possible agreement on a second resolution authorizing military force against Iraq. President Bush has made it clear the United States is prepared to move against Saddam Hussein with or without U.N. support.
