April Baer of member station WCPN in Cleveland reports on one of the latest designs by famous architect Frank Gehry that's been described as dazzling. The five-story, $61 million Peter B. Lewis building is potentially hazardous in the winter when ice build-up on the roof thaws, causing danger to pedestrians.
