Many Companies Cut Back Retirees' Health Benefits

As the economy struggles, many large corporations cut back on their retired employees' health insurance. Companies that file for bankruptcy can eliminate their retiree health benefits entirely, catching many seniors off guard. NPR's Jack Speer reports.
