NPR's Ina Jaffe reports that one of the top rehabilitation hospitals in the country may soon be forced to close. Rancho Los Amigos in Los Angeles County has been helping severely disabled people lead independent lives for more than five decades. But unlike other hospitals of its caliber, it's part of the county health care system. And the system is deeply in debt.
