TB & HIV in Russia

Russia has the fastest growing rates of HIV in the world and already has among the highest rates of dangerous multi-drug resistant tuberculosis, particularly within its prison system. With the intersection of these two diseases, Russia and the entire global community face a deadly and unprecedented co-epidemic. NPR's Jon Hamilton reports.
