Massachusetts Gov. Romney Wrangles Budget
Massachusetts is one of many states facing a budget crisis. The new Republican governor, Mitt Romney, says his budget plan uses sound business principles to eschew waste and inefficiency. But his proposals include sweeping cuts and surprising ideas like restructuring the University of Massachusetts. Romney has earned some powerful enemies, and some question his motives. NPR's Chris Arnold reports.
