Turkish Parliament May Consider U.S. Use of Airspace

Turkey's government says it will ask parliament to approve a measure that would allow the U.S. military to use Turkish airspace for an attack on Iraq. An earlier attempt to permit U.S. ground troops on Turkish soil failed. NPR's Guy Raz reports.
