U.N.'s Blix Briefs Security Council
NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports from New York that the foreign ministers of France, Germany and other nations opposed to a U.S. war in Iraq are attending a U.N. Security Council session today to listen to a final report from chief U.N. weapons inspector Hans Blix. Secretary of State Colin Powell is staying away from the session after declaring an end to diplomatic efforts to resolve the Iraq crisis.
