NPR's Jennifer Ludden reports on the events that have transpired in the past 24 hours. About 9:30pm ET Wednesday night, U.S. F-117 stealth fighters and Tomahawk cruise missiles struck targets in Baghdad and President Bush and Saddam Hussein both televised addresses to broadcast audiences.
