Gulf War

Host Bob Edwards talks to NPR's Steve Inskeep from the U.S. military headquarters in Doha, Qatar, about the second night of strikes in Baghdad, and the advance of U.S. and British forces into southern Iraq. The "shock and awe campaign" promised by the Bush administration has yet to start, and so far only specific targets have been hit in short, 15-minute raids on Baghdad.
