Air Force Maj. Gen. Victor Renuart says war plans in Iraq are "on track" despite fierce sandstorms that have slowed the progress of troops heading toward Baghdad. The Army's 3rd Infantry Division is camped about 50 miles from the capital, waiting for reinforcements and supplies before attacking the elite Republican Guard. Hear NPR's Steve Inskeep.
