City Officials Say Homeland Security Funds Insufficient

President Bush requests $4 billion in additional homeland security funding, including $2 billion for state and local governments. But many city officials across the country, already struggling to pay for increased security measures, say the money is not enough. Hear NPR's Pam Fessler.
