Neighbors Arm Themselves Against Crime
There are an estimated 80,000 neighborhood watch groups nationwide, and one group in New Haven, Conn., is patrolling its community armed with concealed weapons.
The patrol is in response to a series of crimes in their neighborhood.
Residents say if armed police can't protect their streets, they'll do it themselves.
