High Court Reviews State Ban on Homosexual Sex

The Supreme Court hears a case testing state laws that make it a crime for consenting adults to engage in private homosexual conduct. In 1986, the Court upheld such laws by a narrow 5-to-4 vote. Justices now consider whether to reverse the previous ruling. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
