White House Slates Billions for Countries Supporting War

The Bush administration allocates billions of dollars in aid to nations lining up to support the war in Iraq. The White House says the move is another way to fight terrorism, but some lawmakers worry that U.S. foreign policy is based on cash, not principle. Hear NPR's Michele Kelemen.
