As part of our occasional series on Americans living abroad, NPR's Martin Kaste spoke to Liv Sovik, an American professor at the Federal University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She says her students have moved toward the left and become more critical of all things American over the years. That criticism has become much more strident since the United States began its conflict with Iraq.
