A suicide bombing at a checkpoint outside the Muslim holy city of Najaf takes the lives of four U.S. soldiers in Iraq. Elsewhere, U.S. and British forces bomb targets tied to leaders of an Iraqi resistance movement that has targeted allied supply lines. Hear NPR's Steve Inskeep.
