Inspired by the tangos and boleros played by his musical parents, Federico Aubele performs material from his album Amatoria. The Argentine singer-songwriter's songs have hints of reggae, salsa and what he calls "old-school, down-and-dirty tango."
Aubele's initial exposure to music was traditional for his homeland, but he eventually drew inspiration from American country music and The Beatles, who took his hometown of Buenos Aires by storm in the '60s.
