An ex-cyclist's allegation that Tour de France leader Michael Rasmussen once tried to trick him into carrying illegal doping drugs on a trans-Atlantic flight has rocked the cycling world anew. Charles Pelkey, who broke the story for VeloNews, tells Scott Simon about the allegations.
