Doctors examine and release several passengers from an American Airlines flight from Tokyo who complained of symptoms similar to those of an abnormal form of pneumonia known as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The flight was briefly detained in San Jose, Calif., over concerns passengers may have been infected with the illness. Hear NPR's John McChesney.
