France, Libya Forge Military, Nuclear Accord
French President Nicolas Sarkozy met Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi to sign an accord Wednesday for a military-industrial partnership and for cooperation on peaceful uses of nuclear energy.
Adam Sage, Paris correspondent for The Times of London, says France will make a lot of money from the agreements, but critics say it's too high a price to pay.
Sage talks with Robert Siegel about Libya's deal with France in exchange for the Bulgarian medical workers' release.
