L.A. Council Votes to Rename South Central

The Los Angeles City Council votes to change the name of the neighborhood known as South Central to South Los Angeles. Residents say they want a new identity for the area, one that erases its image as a place of riots, poverty and gang violence. NPR's Rachael Myrow reports.
