Bush, Blair Speak to Iraqis in TV Address

As part of a media campaign in war-torn Iraq, President Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair address the Iraqi people in pre-taped messages transmitted from a U.S. Air Force plane and broadcast on Iraqi TV.
