Congress Passes Budget Despite Tax-Cut Dispute

The House and Senate agree on a dollar figure for the next federal budget: $2.3 trillion. A hard-fought compromise reduces President Bush's proposed tax cut. But the eventual size of the tax cut remains in dispute. NPR's David Welna reports.
