WorldCom files a reorganization plan that could help the telecom giant emerge from bankruptcy this year. Under the plan, creditors control the firm, the company drops its tainted name and becomes MCI. WorldCom last year filed the larget bankruptcy ever, after a $9 billion accounting scandal. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
