'Marketplace' Report: Disability Claims Backlog

The Social Security Administration says there is a huge backlog of disability cases, and not enough to staff to handle them. Some claimants are having to wait as long as a year and a half for a ruling. Janet Babin of Marketplace talks with Alex Chadwick.
