In an interview with the Associated Press, Secretary of State Colin Powell says he is planning a trip to Syria in an effort to resolve differences between Washington and Damascus. The Bush administration has accused Syria of harboring members of the Saddam Hussein's regime. Hear NPR's Kate Seelye.
