Construction of The Martin Luther King National Memorial begins this fall. It will stand among the world famous presidential monuments in downtown Washington, D.C. But it hasn't been without controversy.

Harry Johnson is president and CEO of The Washington D.C. Martin Luther King Junior National Memorial Project Foundation, which has raised about $81 million toward building the four-acre monument to the great civil rights leader.
