Backed by high public approval ratings for his handling of the war in Iraq, President Bush will try to pressure Congress into granting a proposed round of tax cuts. The President and several Cabinet members take to the road this week to drum up support for the plan, which has run into significant opposition in the Senate and among some Republicans. NPR's Don Gonyea reports.
