As part of Morning Edition's occasional series on how people are faring in the economy, NPR's Renee Montagne reports from Monterey's Fisherman's Wharf on one struggling business owner. Peter Bruno, owner of Randy's Fishing Trips, says the main part of his business has been closed since last year because of new restrictions imposed by the government. That, combined with the drop in tourism, has made it hard for the business to survive.
