The path is cleared for resumption of Middle East peace efforts involving Israel and the Palestinians. Yasser Arafat agrees to a new Cabinet for the Palestinian Authority, ending a standoff between the Palestinian leader and prime minister-designate Mahmoud Abbas. NPR's Peter Kenyon reports.
