Federal prosecutors charge Frank Quattrone, a well known high-tech investment banker, with obstruction of justice. The government says Quattrone directed Credit Suisse First Boston employees to destroy evidence wanted by the SEC and a grand jury. Quattrone declines comment, but his lawyer says he's innocent and that the government's case is "pretty thin gruel." NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
