Pulitzer Prize-winning author Robert Olen Butler has made news for an e-mail he sent to some of his grad students and fellow professors at Florida State University.

The e-mail announced that his wife is leaving him for Ted Turner. "She will not be Ted's only girlfriend," Butler writes, "Ted is permanently and avowedly non-monogamous. But though he has several girlfriends, it is a very small number, and he does not take them up lightly..."

The forwarded message has stirred an Internet frenzy. Butler talks with Alex Chadwick about the e-mail.
