NPR's Tavis Smiley talks to Dr. Thomas Gaiter, medical director of Howard University Hospital and associate dean for clinical affairs at Howard Medical School. Smiley also talks to Dr. L. Natalie Carroll, president of the National Medical Association. They discuss health issues facing minorities.
