Morris Penrod, a bus maintenance technician for the Miami-Dade Transit Agency, won $600 Tuesday for his latest idea on how the county can save money.

Penrod, who created a tool to help get a sleeve on rubber hoses to protect them from wear and tear, talks with Melissa Block.
