Bush Takes Tax-Cut Battle to Voinovich's Ohio

President Bush pushes for more tax relief on the home turf of Sen. George Voinovich (R-OH), who favors a significantly smaller tax cut than the president would like. Voinovich says he won't change his mind. NPR's David Welna reports.
