Post Traumatic Stress Prevention

Many veterans of past wars have been plagued by recurring, psychological problems caused by trauma in battle. As American soldiers begin to head home from Iraq, NPR's Patricia Neighmond examines what can be done to help returning troops stave off the development of post traumatic stress disorder.
