The United States sponsors talks in Iraq on the formation of an interim Iraqi government. More than 200 delegates attended the meeting — the second in a series — hosted by retired U.S. Gen. Jay Garner, Iraq's U.S.-appointed civil administrator. NPR's Scott Simon reports from Baghdad.
