Pentagon officials say they're considering moving the base for U.S. air operations in the Middle East. Currently in Saudi Arabia, the base might be relocated to Qatar. Analysts are not surprised by the proposed move, especially after Saudi Arabia restricted the use of bases on its soil during the recent war in Iraq. NPR's Jennifer Ludden reports.
