Kashmir Gun Battle Kills At Least 17

A fierce gun battle between Indian troops and suspected Islamic militants kills at least 17 people in Kashmir, the border region disputed by Pakistan and India. The clash comes a day after discussions between the prime ministers of India and Pakistan on ways to ease tensions and improve relations. Hear NPR's Michael Sullivan.
