A pharmaceutical company is looking for a professional couch potato. The chosen subject will get paid for doing "exactly what you do every single day." Except for one thing: The couch potato will also take the company's weight loss pill. The pill has passed clinical trials, and now the company wants a "real world" test.

LINDA WERTHEIMER, host:

Good morning. I'm Linda Wertheimer with a job opportunity: Laze around, eat pizza and fries for $36,000 a year. A pharmaceutical company is looking for a professional couch potato. If you qualify, you'll get paid for doing, quote, exactly what you do every single day - except you also take their weight-loss pill. The company says the pill has passed clinical trials. Now, they want a real-world test.

It's MORNING EDITION.
