The Palestinian Legislative Council approves the Cabinet named by Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas. The move paves the way for a new roadmap to peace between Israel and the Palestinians, drafted by the United States, the EU, Russia and the United Nations. NPR's Peter Kenyon reports.
