The Supreme Court upholds a law requiring immigrants convicted of some crimes to remain jailed while awaiting deportation hearings. And justices refuse to consider a challenge to a South Carolina abortion law that permits the state to inspect and copy patient records at clinics. NPR's Nina Totenberg and NPR's Kathy Lohr report.
