Soap maker Dial Corp. will pay $10 million to settle sexual harassment charges filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of about 100 current and former female employees who say they had been groped and forced to see pornography. Dial does not admit to any wrongdoing as part of the settlement. Hear NPR's David Schaper.
