Greenspan: Economy Ready to Bounce Back

Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan says he believes the economy is poised for a rebound and that its long-term growth potential "remains solid." Testifying before a House panel, Greenspan also reiterates his warning that any tax cuts should be accompanied by spending cuts or tax increases in other areas. Hear NPR's Carol Anne Clark-Kelly.
