U.S. and U.N. diplomats present the long-awaited Middle East peace initiative to the leaders of Israel and the Palestinians. The proposal was devised by the United States, EU, Russia and the U.N. It seeks security for Israel and the creation of a Palestinian state by 2005. NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports.
